Who can use this online booking system?


Only multipass holders will be allowed to book online - we won't be accepting bookings made on the behalf of others or sharing of passes via the booking system right now.




What about my existing day/youth/school passes?


Day passes, youth passes, school passes, and sharing of passes can only be utilized for walk-ins subject to slots available.




I booked but now I need to cancel. What now?


No cancellation of bookings once your slot has been confirmed. For no shows, your pass will still be considered utilized.




How many slots can I book per day?


You're only allowed a booking of one slot per day. Give chance for other people to climb too please!




When does booking opens?


Booking opens 1 week before the start time of each session. Do note that booking also closes 2 hours before the start time and remaining spaces for the session will be reserved for walk-in customers on a first come first serve basis.
